This is an invitation to integrate three aspects of your life: your body, your relationships and your work and get you one step closer to transforming into the man you hope to become.
YOU CANNOT DO IT ALONE
While many of us desire to become something more and we all have access to an infinite number of podcast heroes and Instagram guru’s who can tell us how to life hack our way to “your best life now”, the problem is we were never designed to go at it alone.
(not to mention the dopamine kick lasts a few days until the “gods and demons” that haunt you return)
Our society values doing more and looking good externally, but does not value creating spaces that allow for transformation to occur. And while many of our heroes do offer wisdom and guidance, we lack guides who know our stories well enough to lead us one step closer to transformation.
This is an invitation to own your story and walk along side a small group of men seeking to aim at the highest good they can target.
METUS VICTUS CHOHORT
Over 10 weeks you’ll be focus on the physical, relational and vocational aspects of your life. The process will give you a framework to integrate each part of into a unified whole. It starts with your physical body and will be localized in a community of men and expressed both relationally and vocationally.
Physical
Your body keeps the score. It is the location of your desires, your relationships and tells a story of how your life is gone and is an indicator of where it will go. You’ll get an assessment of where you are at and consulted on changes to make in order to move in more health.
Relational
Like it or not, your life and work are connected to people. Over 10 weeks you’ll get a framework on how your brain is relationally hardwired and its implications for your identity, your relationships and your life’s work.
Vocational
By examining your temperament (Big 5) and your motivations (CliftonStrengths), you’ll get better picture of what you ought to aim at in work. By the end of our time, you’ll have a more clear sense of purpose, which flows out of who you are.

MY WHY
I am not all I could be and I know it deep in my bones. And, unfortunately, my family knows it because they see me for who I am. So I’ve been asking the question, “what is the highest good I can aim at?”My answer is simply transformation. I want to transform into a man my sons and daughters and my wife can be proud of. And in the face of chaos and entropy, I want to live well.
